Mac Tisdale to head First National Bank's Maryland market
First National Bank of Pennsylvania has hired longtime Baltimore banker J. MacGregor “Mac” Tisdale to run its Maryland operations.
Tisdale joins First National from SunTrust, where he spent 12 years, most recently as president of its Baltimore region.
First National is moving into the Baltimore market as its parent company, F.N.B. Corp. (NYSE: FNB), of Hermitage, Pa., is buying Annapolis Bancorp (NASDAQ: ANNB) in a $51 million all-cash deal. Annapolis Bancorp is the parent company of BankAnnapolis.…
