Lot 31 construction starts in Bethesda

After paperwork and permitting delays, initial construction work has begun on a $200 million mixed-use development in the heart of Bethesda.

Known now as Lot 31, the project is being developed by StonebridgeCarras and PN Hoffman and will include 250 residential units, 40,000 square feet of street retail and a public parking garage.
