Longtime Baltimore City Del. Hattie Harrison dies at 84

'Miss Hattie' represented East Baltimore since 1973

Del. Hattie Harrison, the longest-serving current member of the House of Delegates, died Monday night, House Speaker Michael E. Busch announced. She was 84.
