Lockheed Martin acquires assets of Canadian software firm
Bethesda-based Lockheed Martin Corp. has acquired all of the assets of CDL Systems Ltd., a Canadian software engineering firm that develops and licenses vehicle control station software for unmanned systems.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Lockheed will split its electronic systems operation into two businesses and create the MST and Missiles and Fire Control units, effective at the end of the year.
