Lenny's owner seeks buyer or new tenant for Harborplace restaurant

The owner of Lenny’s Delicatessen at Harborplace is looking for someone to take over his space at the Pratt Street Pavilion.

Owner Brian Needel said the deli is not closing, but he would considering selling “if the right person came along.” He has not gotten too many takers since they put the space on the market less than a month ago, he said. The space is listed on BizBuySell, an internet marketplace. It offers a long-term lease for the property with a five-year option.
