Legg Mason Inc. plans to sublease about 78,000 square feet at its Harbor East headquarters at between $22 and $25 a square foot, as the company looks to consolidate its space there, the Baltimore Business Journal reported.
The money manager is offering 27,264 square feet on the sixth floor, 26,129 square feet on the 17th floor and 24,665 square feet on the 18th floor of the tower. The space is available April 1, said Mary Athridge, a Legg Mason spokeswoman. Cassidy Turley is handling the listing.
