Legg Mason subleasing 78,000 s.f. in Harbor East office tower

Legg Mason Inc. plans to sublease about 78,000 square feet at its Harbor East headquarters at between $22 and $25 a square foot, as the company looks to consolidate its space there.

The money manager is offering 27,264 square feet on the sixth floor; 26,129 square feet on the 17th floor; and 24,665 square feet on the 18th floor of the tower. The space is available April 1, said Mary Athridge, a Legg Mason spokeswoman.
