Lawrence Twele named permanent CEO of Howard County Economic Development Authority
The Howard County Economic Development Authority board has elevated Lawrence F. Twele to permanent CEO three weeks after he was handed the job in an acting capacity.
Twele succeeds Laura Neuman, who departed the after being selected as Anne Arundel’s county executive following the resignation of John R. Leopold. Under Neuman, Twele was the authority’s executive vice president.
