Laurel man pleads guilty to producing child pornography

Secretly recorded 13-year-old girl in bathroom

Frank Alan Klukosky, of North Laurel, pleaded guilty March 4 to producing child pornography, U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland Rod Rosenstein announced. Investigations revealed Klukosky had, among other actions, secretly recorded 11 videos depicting a 13-year-old girl in a bathroom.
