Lansdowne teen gets 115-year sentence in Halloween slaying
A teenager has been sentenced to 115 years in prison for killing another teen during a Halloween 2010 shooting that injured two others. Nineteen-year-old Sterlin Matthews of Lansdowne was sentenced Thursday in Baltimore County Circuit Court.
