Kimco buys Columbia shopping center for $21.8M
Madison Marquette of Washington, D.C., and MCB Real Estate LLC of Baltimore have sold a Columbia shopping center for a huge return on their investment.
Kimco Realty Corp. acquired the 100,380-square-foot retal center at 6100-6110 Dobbin Road for $21.8 million, or $217.17 per square foot, according to CoStar Group Inc. Madison Marquette and MCB bought the shopping center for $7.25 million, or $72.47 per square foot, in May 2010.
