Kevin Plank behind Maryland's possible Big 10 move, report says
Under Armour founder Kevin Plank is "100 percent" behind the University of Maryland's moving from the ACC to the Big Ten Conference, a regent of the university told ESPN Sunday.
UMd.'s Board of Regents will vote today at 9 a.m. on whether to accept the Big Ten's invitation to join. According to the ESPN source, the vote could be close because some of the regents were "miffed" about not being included in the process until the late stages.
