Kenco leases 692,000 s.f. in Harford County
Kenco Corp., an integrated logistics firm, has leased a 692,000-square-foot industrial building at 521 Chelsea Road in Perryman. The company plans to use the brand-new facility as a regional distribution center for consumer products.
Ryan Commercial LLC of Hanover completed the building late last year. It constructed the building on a speculative basis. Kenco will occupy the entire Harford County building.
The building briefly represented the largest block of unoccupied Class A industrial space…
