Kathleen McGahran named chair of Adams Express/Petroleum & Resources boards

Kathleen T. McGahran has been named chairwoman of the boards of the Adams Express Co. and Petroleum & Resources Corp.

McGahran has been a board member of the two Baltimore-based closed-end mutual funds since 2003. She is a principal and director at Pelham Associates in Croton-on-Hudson, N.Y., and an adjunct associate professor at New York University’s Stern School of Business.
