Judge keeps one Ravens’ ‘Flying B’ logo claim alive 

Frederick E. Bouchat, a security guard whose design was used in the Baltimore Ravens’ original “Flying B” logo, can continue to challenge the use of the logo by Madden NFL-maker Electronic Arts Inc., but not in two other cases.
