JPB Capital sells stake in Ilex Consumer Products
JPB Capital Partners, a Columbia private equity firm, has sold its stake in the Baltimore company that makes St. Joseph’s aspirin and Calgon bath oils.
JPB did not disclose how much it received for its stake in Ilex Consumer Products Group. But JPB it received more than twice what it paid for the consumer products company back in January 2011.
