Johnson to speak in Washington in favor of tougher gun laws

Baltimore County Chief has been outspoken on banning new semi-automatic assault weapons, additional restrictions

Baltimore County police Chief James W. Johnson, along with other law enforcement leaders, will appear at a news conference Wednesday to ask Congress to approve stricter gun laws.
