Joe Nathanson: Project seeks to close city employment gap 

When the Brookings Institution report on Baltimore’s Next Economy was discussed in this column earlier this year, there was one overriding finding: While the local economy was growing at a modest pace, there were still too many gaps between jobs in the region’s growing sectors and employment opportunities for workers in low-income occupations. The call was for greater economic inclusion.
