JBG's proposed 17-story Bethesda apartment to get review next week
The Montgomery County Planning Board will review Chevy Chase-based developer The JBG Cos.' plans for a proposed 17-story, 475-unit apartment at 7900 Wisconsin Ave. on Feb. 14, BethesdaNow.com reported.
The project will include a yet-to-be-named grocery chain and marketplace on the ground floor, highlighted by a walk-through and gathering place under a “bridge” in the middle of the structure.
