JBG Cos. gets approval for Bethesda apartment building
Chevy Chase-based The JBG Cos. on Thursday received preliminary approval of its plan for a 17-story, 475-unit apartment building at 7900 Wisconsin Ave. in Bethesda, BethesdaNow.com reported.
The developer's plans feature a pedestrian walk-thru that would connect Wisconsin and Woodmont avenues as well as about 20,000 square feet of retail. FX Fowle is the project's architect.
