J. Patrick's Pub, a Locust Point 'institution', to hit auction block
The iconic J. Patrick’s Pub in Locust Point is officially heading for the auction block.
The 4,500 square foot Irish Pub will be auctioned on site at 1371 Andre St. on Jan. 10. J. Patrick’s will open one last time for New Year’s Eve, then close before the auction, said Andy Billig, a broker with A.J. Billig & Co. Auctioneers.
The Baltimore auction house has heard from Irish music fans from Boston to Virginia interested in buying J. Patrick’s and keeping the bar an Irish pub, Billig said.…
