Insurance, manufacturing stocks poised to perform, money manager says
Insurance, U.S. manufacturing and payment providers are among the sectors whose stocks could poised to do well in 2013, a Towson money manager said at a meeting of Baltimore-area financial analysts Friday.
The housing market appears to have finally reached bottom, unemployment has peaked and low interest rates give companies access to low-cost expansion capital, Lisa O’Dell Rapuano said during her talk at the CFA Society of Baltimore’s 2013 Investment Outlook.
