Inn at the Black Olive heading to auction
The Inn at the Black Olive, a luxury, 12-room boutique hotel in Baltimore’s Fells Point, is heading to the auction block two years after its opening.
An auction is scheduled for March 21 at 9 a.m. at the property at 803 S. Caroline St. by Alex Cooper Auctioners Inc. The auctioneer is requiring a $400,000 deposit for bidders. Gordon Feinblatt LLC law firm is acting as trustee and is overseeing the sale.
