Howard County Executive Ken Ulman signs order to ban sugary drinks

Howard County Executive Ken Ulman has signed an executive order banning the distribution of sugary drinks on county property, the Baltimore Sun reported.

The order targets high-sugar drinks, such as soda, in libraries, parks and other county properties, as well as at county-sponsored events.
