Howard Co. developers break ground on $100M apartment complex in Columbia

Howard County officials and developers broke ground Monday on a $100 million apartment complex to be constructed adjacent to the Columbia Mall, the Howard County Times reported.

The 380-unit luxury apartment complex, to be known as Metropolitan Downtown Columbia, is expected to open in late summer 2014.
