Horseshoe casino to start hiring new workers in next 3 months

The general manager of Caesars Entertainment Corp.'s Horseshoe Baltimore says the company plans to start the hiring process for the new South Baltimore casino within the next 12 to 16 weeks.

Chad Barnhill, the casino's general manager, made his remarks at a Monday evening meeting of the South Baltimore Neighborhood Association. Horseshoe Baltimore plans to hire 1,700 employees, Barnhill said.
