Holabird Middle student charged as juvenile for 'starter pistol'

Police said student did not intend to injure anyone, meant to show off the gun

An 11-year-old student was charged with bringing a deadly weapon to Holabird Middle School, after a "starter pistol" that shoots blanks was found inside his locker, Baltimore County police said.
