Harbor Point design gets support from city panel

Harbor Point, the future home of Exelon Corp.’s Baltimore headquarters, received support from the city’s Urban Design and Architecture Review Panel on Thursday. But the panel said it wants to see specific issues addressed before singing off on official construction guidelines for the project.
