Halethorpe medical office building going to auction
A single-tenant tenant building occupied by a long-term tenant — one of the hottest categories of real estate these days — is heading for auction in Baltimore County.
Alex Cooper Auctioneers Inc. is marketing a 13,838-square-foot building at 1419 Knecht Ave. in Halethorpe for an April 11 auction. The building is selling because its owner, Knecht Avenue Partnership of Atlanta, is dissolving.
