Hagerstown officials trying to reclaim city-owned lot
Hagerstown officials are moving ahead with a plan to reclaim 4.6 acres once used by the U.S. Army Reserve. City leaders say an agreement allows the city to take back the property if the Army doesn't use it for a year. The city will soon consider redevelopment of the property.
