Hagerstown mulls selling former U.S. Army Reserve building

The city of Hagerstown is debating whether to sell a former U.S. Army Reserve building to Washington County for a new senior citizens center. The potential $625,000 purchase is on the agenda for Tuesday night, the Herald-Mail reported.
