Hagerstown man gets 40 years in child abuse death case

HAGERSTOWN — A Hagerstown man has been sentenced to 40 years for the death of his girlfriend’s 2-year-old son. Thirty-four-year-old Brian Michael Miller was sentenced Thursday in Washington County Circuit Court. Miller faced up to 65 years in prison after pleading guilty in September to abuse charges.
