GSA still sorting through FBI headquarters costs
Roughly three months after initiating a search for a new FBI headquarters, the General Services Administration says it is still not sure if developers would build a new headquarters in an even trade for the existing headquarters building, or if the government will need to kick in more money to make the deal work.
