Greektown project wins OK for 185 more townhomes
The city’s Urban Design & Architecture Review Panel on Thursday approved the second phase of a plan that will add more than 300 new townhouses in Greektown by the end of 2014.
McLean, Va.-based developer Kettler is in the midst of building 121, 2,200-square-foot townhouses on a 14-acre site known as O’Donnell Square and won approval Thursday for 185 more. Kettler had planned to build a series of midrise apartments that were slated to include as many as 800 new units alongside the 121 townhouses.
