Goodier Baker to build high-end homes in Ellicott City
A Lutherville development firm has acquired 3.5 acres of land in Ellicott City where it plans to build six high-end homes.
Goodier Baker anticipates construction on the project — known as Normandy Oaks — near Rogers Avenue along High Ridge Road to begin in spring 2013. The company paid $606,600 for the property.
The homes, between 2,700 square feet to 3,300 square feet, will be priced starting at around $550,000. Each single-family homesite measures is a half acre.
