Fuel tanker overturns, spills cargo near I-95 bridge in Havre de Grace

An accident Tuesday morning involving a fuel tanker truck and a passenger car near the south entrance of the I-95 Tydings Bridge near Havre de Grace tied up traffic in both directions on the interstate highway for several hours, Maryland State Police said.
