Fowler resigns from Maryland Lottery Commission

Kirby Fowler, who has served as chairman of the Maryland Lottery and Gamming Control Commission for the past 3 1/2 years, has resigned from the board, he confirmed Thursday.

Fowler told commissioners at the start of Thursday’s meeting that he had resigned.
