Foundry Row project in Owings Mills won't go to referendum
The petition to block the Solo Cup Co. plant redevelopment project in Owings Mills has been denied by the Baltimore County Board of Elections.
Referendum petitions against the proposed Foundry Row site — submitted by the Committee for Zoning Transparency Inc. and the Committee for Zoning Integrity Inc. — were deemed “legally deficient” by the board, according to a Feb. 4 memorandum by Andrew G.
