Former Orioles All-Star Doug DeCinces indicted for insider trading
Former Baltimore Orioles All-Star third baseman Doug DeCinces and three friends were indicted by a federal grand jury Wednesday on insider trading and securities fraud charges involving the use of information prior to the takeover of a medical device company in Orange County, Calif., WJZ-TV reported.
The acquisition previously resulted in DeCinces and Hall of Fame Oriole first baseman Eddie Murray, who was not named in the indictment, paying civil settlements to the Securities and Exchange Commission…
