Foreclosure moratorium in storm zone extended by Freddie and Fannie

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are extending the suspension of foreclosure sales and eviction lockouts for borrowers impacted by Hurricane Sandy.

The 90-day extension covers homeowners facing foreclosure with houses or jobs within the FEMA declared disaster zone.
