Fluxome selling some assets to Evolva
Evolva, a Swiss biotechnology firm, is acquiring certain assets of the Danish nutrition company Fluxome A/S, the parent company of Baltimore’s Fluxome Inc.
It was not immediately clear what the transaction would mean for Fluxome’s operations in Baltimore.
Fluxome A/S filed for “formal reconstruction” earlier this fall and was seeking funding to put toward either continuing operations in Baltimore and abroad or selling its assets.
Evolva expects to close the deal within the next two weeks.…
