Five-story apartment building proposed for Federal Hill
A group wants to build a five-story apartment complex in the heart of Federal Hill at 1201 S. Charles St.
Developer Mike Adams and Michael Burton, president of Baltimore-based architecture firm Urban Design Group LLC, unveiled plans for the apartments at a Jan. 8 meeting of the South Baltimore Neighborhood Association.
The proposed complex would contain 12 two-bedroom apartments and four one-bedroom units, as well as approximately 1,200 square feet of retail space on the first floor.
