First Metro Centre at Owings Mills building nears opening

The newest branch of the Baltimore County Public Library will open March 21 at Metro Centre at Owings Mills, the Baltimore Sun reported.

The library will share space with a satellite branch of the Community College of Baltimore County, which is scheduled to open in early summer.
