Financing still tricky for Cordish's St. Louis Cardinals project

Construction finally is underway on the $650 million mixed-use Ballpark Village in St. Louis. But Baltimore developer Cordish Cos. still faces an uphill battle to finance the 100,000-square-foot entertainment complex at the home of the St. Louis Cardinals, the Wall Street Journal reported.
