Families of murder victims share grief, but differ on the death penalty

Mother still yearns for justice, while widow lobbies for repeal

Sandra Richardson and Bonnita Spikes have much in common. Both live in Upper Marlboro, are churchgoing Christians and have worked in nursing. Both have dealt with the pain of losing people they loved in senseless murders.
