FAA officials warn of major delays under sequester

Federal aviation officials and air-traffic controllers warned Wednesday that flights through major airports could suffer 90-minute delays under sequestration because of furloughs for 10 percent of controllers, USA Today reported. Delays are expected to ripple across the rest of the country.

The full effect of the cuts is expected in April because controllers must receive 30 days notice about staffing changes.
