Ethics board calls on Rawlings-Blake to control use of 1st Mariner tickets
Baltimore City's ethics board called on Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake's administration to enact stricter controls over how her office distributes free passes to events at such venues as First Mariner Arena, the Baltimore Sun reported.
