Environmental group could be liable for $3M in water pollution legal fees
An Eastern Shore chicken farmer in business with Perdue Farms who was unsuccessfully sued by an advocacy organization for alleged water pollution is asking for $500,000 in legal fees from the environmental group, the Capital Gazette reported.
