Elkridge industrial building sells for $2.3 million
Tidewater Inc. has purchased a 30,000-square-foot industrial building in Elkridge from Bernstein Management Corp.
The Columbia-based environmental engineering and consulting firm bought 6625 Selnick Drive for $2.3 million
Tidewater will occupy 40 percent to 45 percent of the building, said Alan Orman, vice president of Cassidy Turley, which represented Tidewater. The company will lease out the remainder of the space, Orman added.
