East Baltimore warehouse sells for $2M
A 57,000-square-foot warehouse in East Baltimore has traded hands for $2 million.
Lancaster, Pa.-based Calumet Enterprises acquired the property at 121 Kane St. near Patterson High School from F&M Development LLC. Calumet is the parent of Clark Food Service Equipment, which plans to retrofit and fully occupy the building. Clark Food Service will use the space for its sales, warehouse and distribution operations in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia.
